Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.


Returns Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
  • Final sale items, including gift cards, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@orataoffshore within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.

Return Process:

  1. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions via email.
  2. Securely package the item(s) along with the original packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your convenience.

Refund or Exchange:
